Before installing BoothPoint, please ensure the computers and devices you plan to use meet the minimum system requirements listed below.


Back Office PC (server)

  • Processor: 2.3 GHz or faster

  • RAM: 6 GB (32‑bit) or 8 GB (64‑bit)

  • Hard Disk Space: 1 GB (32‑bit) or 2 GB (64‑bit)

  • Minimum Resolution: 1280 × 1024

  • Touch Screen: Recommended

  • Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or Windows 11


POS terminal

  • Processor: 2.0 GHz or faster

  • RAM: 2 GB (32‑bit) or 4 GB (64‑bit)

  • Hard Disk Space: 1 GB (32‑bit) or 2 GB (64‑bit)

  • Minimum Resolution: 1024 × 768

  • Touch Screen: Recommended

  • Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or Windows 11


Remote Tablet (via Teamviewer)

  • Touch Screen: Recommended

  • Operating System: Windows, Android (tablet/phone), or macOS/iOS (tablet/phone)


Optional Hardware

  • Webcam: TWAIN‑compliant

  • Scanner: TWAIN‑compliant

  • Receipt Printer: Star TSP100 (recommended)

  • Cash Drawer: RJ11 connection required

  • Magnetic Card Reader: ISO Track 1, 2 & 3 (USB or keyboard‑wedge)

  • Fingerprint Scanner: SecuGen Hamster Plus (only supported model)

  • Signature Pad: Signotec Sigma (only supported model)

Prerequisites

 

  • Teamviewer must be downloaded and installed on all terminals (send us Your ID and Password)
