Adding Dancers

Dancer’s details and voice-overs can be downloaded directly to CoverJock either by request or by browsing the inclusive service library. Once added they can be effectively maintained to ensure fair rotation, accurate dancer records and a complete set of tools and features to provide seamless entertainer management.

Want to create a new dancer to be used in CoverJock? Here's how:

1. Open CoverJock, then tap or click on the Dancers tab.

2. At the top tap or click the Create Dancer menu button.

3. Click Next to start the wizard.

4. A list of available dancers is provided, in the search box start typing the dancer's name.
   (As you type on the right it will say No match found, click continue to request if the name doesn't exist)

5. If the right hand side say's Match found, clicking Next will download the dancer. If No match found clicking Next will request the entered dancer.
   (Please allow your DJ up to 24 hours to record the requested dancer)

6. From the next wizard page you can select the new dancer's music before they have been added.

7. The next wizard page allows you to import the dancer's images.

8. Click Finish.
