Putting a dancer on a break which means taking out of the rotation to be called for a pole show, will ask how long do you want her to go off for. There are two options, one is Start a Timer and the other is to select a specific time she's off for. Starting the timer will show you a count of time that she has gone off for, whereas selecting a time will automatically put her back in the rotation after that time.
