Free Passes are incentives issued to entertainers for any reason determined by the venue. They act as discount vouchers that can be redeemed against club house fees. BoothPoint records every issued and redeemed free pass for reporting and analysis, and passes can be restricted to specific valid days.
Entertainers have a venue‑defined expiry period in which the pass must be used. A pass can be redeemed by:
-
Handing the printed voucher to the BoothPoint operator, who enters the voucher number, or
-
Automatically prompting the operator when the entertainer checking in, if they have valid unused passes.
