The BoothPoint Back Office or POS can be tailored to meet each venue’s specific requirements. Users can log in or out using personalized swipe cards, fingerprint recognition, or by manually selecting their profile and entering their PIN code. The process is quick, simple, and secure.

👥 Selecting Your User
Only staff members who have been configured to Show on Login Screen in their profile will appear in the user list. To learn how to enable this option, see Staff Profile Settings – Show on Login Screen.
🔢 Entering Your PIN

Tap or click your name from the list.

Enter your PIN code using the on‑screen keypad.

Tap or click the green tick box ✅ to confirm.
Once authenticated, BoothPoint loads your assigned dashboard and permissions.

For added security, ensure each staff member has a unique PIN and swipe card. Fingerprint recognition can be enabled for quick access during busy shifts.
